Shipping
Anykits ships its products to over 189 destinations worldwide. We try to provide you the most economical shipping method by choosing the best courier carrier optmised by your order weight and destination. It is in our interest to provide you the most cost effective and optimum shipping route. Your order will be processed within 1 working day of completing the payment process. Please note that paypal and e-cheque orders be processed only after realizing the amount. Processed orders will be immediately despatched by courier and should reach your destination within the displayed time frame. Certain Destinations in the might require a few additional days for delivery. Once Despatched you will be provided with a tracking number by email and a URL that can be used to track the movement of your package.
Tariffs
Shipping Rates and Tariffs are directly calculated using system offered by our carriers which is subject to service taxes and other local charge. All orders are priced according to VAT(value added tax) and Octroi applicable in India. Rates are also calculated based on the proximity of the destination to our warehouse. Destinations in USA,Canada and Mexico are calculated as one stage. Destinations in the Western Europe are calculated as the 2nd Stage. East Europe, Middle East Destinations as the 3rd stage and rest of the world as the 4th stage.
Returns
Anykits ensures that each of its kits are tested and confirms to our quality standards. In the event that a kit reaches you in a damaged condition we will gladly accept it back and ship you a replacement. Please make sure that you return the damaged kit to us within 14 days. We will not accept any returns or offer any reimbursement for kits that have been partially or completely assembled (i.e has visible solder marks, cut leads, screw marks etc).
Lost Items
Any packages lost in transit will have to be claimed within 14 days of the date of invoice / payment of order by the customer. Anykits will either replace your order or reimburse the value of the package not exceeding USD 200.00 within 1 month of validating the claim with our carrier. Please write to sales [at] anykits.com with the order number as reference for lost item claims.
